Asian Blockchain Podcast – Episode 43 – Sharmini Ravindran – Mysterium Network – I Knew I Had to Be Part of This Revolution

Sharmini Ravindran is the Founder of Influence Media and the Senior Marketing Strategist at Mysterium Network.  Influence Media is a Digital Marketing Agency for FinTech, Cybersecurity and Blockchain companies.  Mysterium Network is developing an Open source software stack, powering a Decentralized Network of VPN Nodes.  

Mysterium Network acts as a marketplace, its Open Source software allows anyone to join the network both as a provider – selling unused network traffic or as a customer – buying VPN service from other Mysterium Network providers.

Sharmini and I had an energetic conversation about the current state of blockchain space and how and why she got involved.  She is extremely knowledgeable about this topic and we covered a ton of ground.  We talked about how the month’s long bear-market in cryptocurrencies was actually a good thing, as it takes a lot of the non-serious players out of the market.

Sharmini also noted that 2019 should be a year of heads-down, massive building.  She gushes about the quality of the team at Mysterium and the work they are doing.  Her excitement about the project was palpable and contagious.  I am looking forward to following Mysterium’s products and how they develop.
